Rise & Flow
Start your day well! Join the early morning yoga class to wake up your body and mind for the day ahead. This is a gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. Arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energise your body and leave the class ready to embrace the rest of your day with renewed vitality and a sense of calm.
This class is suitable for beginners. Modifications will be offered to support everyone to participate in the class.

Yoga & Coffee
Yoga and Coffee morning. We’ll flow through a gentle energising flow to wake up your body and mind followed by a delicious cup of coffee (or tea!). Stay and socialise or take your drink to go!

Candlelight Slow Flow
Relax, unwind and enjoy a gentle hatha flow by candlelight. The intention of this class is to relieve tension and stress leaving you feeling restored and relaxed. The class has been designed to integrate meditation, movement and mindfulness alongside the warm glow of candlelight to help you relax and prepare your body for sleep.
Bolsters and blocks will be available to use to aid some poses.
